Upgrade to a paid plan

Move your free site to a paid plan from the Console. Same site, same URL, nothing to migrate by hand.

Every Neleto site starts on the Free plan. When you need more, your own domain, no Neleto branding, more users or storage, you upgrade the site to a paid plan right from the Neleto Console. The upgrade happens in place: your site keeps the same instance, the same URL, the same content and the same logins. There is nothing to migrate by hand.

Plans and billing live in the Console (console.neleto.io), not in the CMS itself. The two use separate logins. Upgrading your plan never touches the content or users inside your instance.

Before you upgrade

  • The upgrade works on a site you have already created. If your Free plan has no site yet, create it first and then come back here.
  • Decide which plan you want. See pricing for what each tier includes.
  • Have the card or payment details ready that you want to use for the subscription.

Upgrade your site

  1. Open the Neleto Console and sign in.
  2. Find your Free plan (or the site running on it). On the plan card, the instance card or the instance's detail page, open the actions menu and choose Upgrade plan.
  3. In the Upgrade your plan dialog, pick the tier you want. Only higher tiers on the same server are listed, so your site can stay exactly where it is.
  4. Click Upgrade. Because this is a move from Free to paid, we send you to our secure Stripe checkout page to complete it.
  5. On the checkout page, enter your payment details, confirm the withdrawal notice, and complete the payment.
  6. After checkout you are returned to the Console and the plan switches to paid. Your site stays live the whole time, there is no re-setup and no downtime.
Your site keeps its current neleto.app address. On a paid plan you can additionally connect your own domain.

What you get on a paid plan

The exact limits depend on the tier you pick (see pricing), but every paid plan adds:

  • No Neleto branding on your site.
  • The option to connect a custom domain with an automatic SSL certificate.
  • More users and storage than the Free plan.
  • A higher support tier, and backups (an add-on on Solo and Business, included on Enterprise).

Billing

  • Choose monthly or yearly billing. On a yearly plan you pay 10 monthly rates and get 2 months free.
  • One paid site is one plan and one subscription. To run another site, start a new checkout for it rather than adding it to this plan.
  • Manage your payment method and invoices any time from Manage subscription on the plan card, which opens the billing portal.
  • You can cancel whenever you like. Your paid access runs until the end of the period you already paid for, and your data is kept for 30 days after the contract ends.

Moving to Enterprise

The Enterprise plan runs on its own dedicated server, so it is not an in-place upgrade from a shared Free, Solo or Business plan and will not appear in the upgrade dialog. If you want to move an existing site to Enterprise, contact us and we'll help you migrate it.

Troubleshooting

MessageWhat it means
"Create a site on this plan before upgrading it"Your Free plan has no site yet. Create your site first, then upgrade.
"No higher plans are available for this site right now"You are already on the highest tier that shares this site's server. Moving to Enterprise is a separate step, contact us.
"That plan isn't an upgrade of your current one"Pick a tier that is higher than the one you are on.
